Following Yura's Questline

The easiest way to get the Nagakiba is to follow Yura's questline. He can first be found under a bridge north of the Agheel Lake South Site of Grace. After speaking to him, you will be invaded by Bloody Finger Nerijus. Defeat him and Yura will reward you with a Furlcalling Finger Remedy.

Yura can next be found at the Raya Lucaria Academy, near the Main Academy Gate Site of Grace. He will warn you about the dangers of the academy and give you a hint about a Glintstone Key.

After you have defeated the Red Wolf of Radagon, you can find Yura again at the Second Church of Marika. He will be dying, and will give you the Nagakiba before he perishes.

Killing Yura

If you don't want to follow Yura's questline, you can simply kill him to get the Nagakiba. He is not a particularly difficult boss, but he can be a bit tricky to fight. I remember the first time I fought him, I was a lowly level 20-something and he absolutely destroyed me. I had to go away and level up a bit before I could take him on.

Once you have killed Yura, he will drop the Nagakiba.
