For example, upgrading your Clan Capital Army Camps increases the Army Capacity for all Clan members. I remember when I first started playing, I kept forgetting about my Army Camps and wondered why my attacks felt so weak. Once I focused on getting those upgrades done, my battles improved a lot! It felt like a lightbulb moment.
• Upgrade Your Clan Castle: The Clan Castle is super important for both offense and defense. It houses troops donated by your clanmates, adding to your overall army size when you attack. A higher-level Clan Castle means more housing space for these donated troops, and at certain levels, it can even hold spells and Siege Machines. This extra firepower can really turn the tide in an attack.
• Request Reinforcements from Your Clan: Don't be shy! Once you're in a clan, you can request troops from your clanmates for your Clan Castle. These reinforcements can be used to defend your village when attacked or added to your offensive army. You can request troops every 20 minutes, or even faster if your clan has certain perks. I’ve been in so many close battles where a perfectly timed batch of donated Wizards or a P.E.K.K.A. from a clanmate saved my attack. It's a real team effort sometimes!
• Unlock Super Troops: At Town Hall 11, you can unlock Super Troops. These are stronger versions of regular troops with special abilities and higher housing space. You can boost two Super Troops at a time, and they can be a huge asset to your army.
• Utilize Hero Equipment: Newer updates have added Hero Equipment that can summon additional units during battle, further increasing your effective troop count. Some equipment allows your heroes to summon Barbarians, Archers, Healers, or even Hog Riders, adding to your attacking force.
• Consider Builder Base Army Camps: While separate from your Home Village, the Builder Base also has Army Camps and Barracks that you can upgrade to increase your troop capacity for Builder Base battles.
