Why Make a New Clash of Clans Account?

• Play with friends: Sometimes you want to join a new clan with friends, and a fresh account makes it easier to start together.
• Experience early game: The early levels of Clash of Clans can be fun and nostalgic. A new account lets you relive that journey.
• Donate to yourself: If your main clan isn't always active with donations, a "mini" account can help you fill your own Clan Castle troops.

How to Set Up a New Clash of Clans Account

Creating a new account is straightforward with Supercell ID. Here’s a step-by-step guide:

1. Secure Your Current Account

Before doing anything, make sure your existing Clash of Clans village is safely linked to its own Supercell ID. This prevents you from accidentally losing your progress.

• Open Clash of Clans.
• Go to the Settings menu (the gear icon).
• Check the "Supercell ID" section. If it says "Connected," you're good. If not, tap "Disconnected" and follow the steps to link your main account to a unique email address.

I remember once, before Supercell ID was a thing, trying to switch between accounts by clearing app data. It was such a hassle, and I almost lost my main village. Supercell ID really made things so much smoother!

2. Log Out of Your Current Supercell ID

Now that your main account is safe, you need to log out to create a new one.

• In the Settings menu, tap "Connected" under the Supercell ID section.
• Tap the settings gear icon in the Supercell ID window.
• Select "Log Out" and confirm.

3. Start a New Village

After logging out, you'll see the Clash of Clans welcome screen.

• Tap "Play without Supercell ID."
• This will start a brand new game and take you through the tutorial. Follow the instructions to build your first few structures and attack goblins.

When I made my last mini account, I actually enjoyed replaying the tutorial. It brought back memories of when I first started playing Clash of Clans years ago. Plus, seeing how the tutorial changed was pretty cool.

4. Link Your New Village to a Supercell ID

Once you've finished the tutorial and named your new village, it's time to link it to its own Supercell ID. Remember, each Clash of Clans account needs a *different* email address for its Supercell ID.

• Go back to the Settings menu.
• Tap "Disconnected" under the Supercell ID section.
• Choose "Register New" or "Create New ID" and tap "Continue."
• Enter a different email address than the one you used for your main account (and any other accounts).
• Supercell will send a verification code to that email address. Check your inbox (and spam folder!) for the code.
• Enter the code in the game and tap "Submit."
• Follow any remaining prompts to set your Supercell ID name and avatar.

You now have a brand new Clash of Clans account linked to its own Supercell ID!

Switching Between Accounts

To switch between your different Clash of Clans accounts:

• Open Clash of Clans and go to Settings.
• Tap the "Connected" button under Supercell ID.
• Tap the arrows next to your current Supercell ID name, or select "Log In with Supercell ID" and choose the account you want from the list.

This allows you to quickly jump between your villages without any trouble.
