Which Axon is First in Expedition 33

In the world of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, you and your team are on a heavy mission. You have to stop the Paintress from painting the number of your death. To do this, you have to defeat powerful beings called Axons. But which one should you fight first? While you have a choice, the first Axon you will encounter is Sirene.

When I first started playing, I was so focused on the main quest that I almost missed the subtle hints about the Axons. It was only after talking to a few NPCs in the first town that I realized I had a choice to make. It added a whole new layer of strategy to the game for me, and I spent a good hour just weighing the pros and cons of which Axon to tackle first.

Sirene or Visages: Who to Fight First?

In Act 2 of Expedition 33, you'll be presented with a choice: go after Sirene or Visages. While the game nudges you towards Sirene first, you can absolutely choose to take on Visages instead. This choice is one of the things that makes the game so replayable.

Here's a quick breakdown to help you decide:

Ultimately, the choice is yours. There's no right or wrong answer. If you're new to the game, I'd recommend starting with Sirene. But if you're feeling confident and want a real challenge, don't be afraid to take on Visages. No matter which Axon you choose to fight first, you're in for an epic adventure.
