Call of Duty Mobile's ranked mode is where the real challenge lies. It's a place to test your skills against other serious players and climb the ladder to the top. But before you can conquer the ranks, you need to know what they are.

The Call of Duty Mobile ranks are: Rookie, Veteran, Elite, Pro, Master, Grandmaster, and Legendary. Each rank has five tiers, from I to V, that you need to climb through to reach the next rank.

Rookie

This is where every player starts their ranked journey. It's the lowest rank and is mostly filled with new players who are still learning the game. Don't expect to stay here for long if you have any experience with first-person shooters.

Veteran

Once you've got a handle on the basics, you'll find yourself in the Veteran rank. Players here are a bit more experienced, but there's still a lot of room for improvement. I remember when I was in Veteran, I thought I was getting good, but I quickly learned that there was a long way to go.

Elite

Things start to get a little more serious in the Elite rank. You'll come across players who have a good understanding of the game's mechanics and maps. Teamwork becomes more important here, so it's a good idea to start playing with friends if you can.

Pro

The Pro rank is where you'll find a lot of skilled players. This is where I was stuck for the longest time. It felt like for every win I got, I would immediately lose the next match. It was frustrating, but it also forced me to get better and learn from my mistakes.

Master

If you make it to the Master rank, you can consider yourself a very good player. The competition here is fierce, and you'll need to be at the top of your game to win.

Grandmaster

This is a newer rank that was added to the game to create a bridge between Master and Legendary. It's for the best of the best, and only the most dedicated players will reach this level.

Legendary

This is the pinnacle of the ranked mode. Reaching Legendary means you're one of the top players in the world. It's a huge achievement and something that every serious Call of Duty Mobile player strives for. I’m still on that grind to get there, but I know with enough practice, I'll make it.
