Completing them all and then talking to Katheryne at the Adventurers' Guild gives you a sweet bonus of Primogems, Mora, and a good chunk of Adventure EXP. Seriously, do these every single day.
• Encounter Points: If daily commissions feel like a chore sometimes, the game also offers Encounter Points. You earn these by just playing the game naturally, like opening chests or doing quests, and they can replace your daily commissions for rewards. I remember one week I was super busy with school and didn't have time for specific commissions. I was worried about missing out, but then I realized just exploring and grabbing chests while doing a quick story quest earned me enough Encounter Points to get all my daily rewards. It was a lifesaver!
• Archon and Story Quests: These are the main story missions and character-specific quests. They give huge amounts of Adventure EXP and are essential for moving forward in the game, unlocking new areas, and understanding the world of Teyvat. Prioritize these, especially when you're starting out, as they offer some of the biggest one-time EXP boosts.
