Wood is a crafting material in Pokémon Legends: Arceus that you’ll need for a few of the game's requests. You can find wood in a few different places, but the best spot to farm for it is in the Obsidian Fieldlands.

You can find wood on the ground, usually near trees. It looks like a small pile of logs. Just walk up to it and press the A button to collect it. You can also get wood by defeating or catching certain Pokémon, like Bidoof and Bibarel. I remember spending a good hour just running around the Obsidian Fieldlands, collecting wood for a request. It was a bit of a grind, but it was worth it to see the look on the quest-giver's face when I finally handed over the goods.

Where to Find Wood

Here are the best places to find wood in Pokémon Legends: Arceus:

• Obsidian Fieldlands: This is the best place to farm for wood. You can find it scattered all over the place, but the best spot is the small forest area around the Grandtree Arena. I once found three pieces of wood in a row there!
• Crimson Mirelands: You can also find wood in the Crimson Mirelands, but it's not as common as in the Obsidian Fieldlands. Look for it near the trees in the northern part of the area.
• Cobalt Coastlands: Wood is pretty rare in the Cobalt Coastlands, but you can sometimes find it on the beach. I was surprised when I stumbled across a piece of wood while I was looking for Pop Pods.
  

If you're having trouble finding wood, you can try resetting the area by going back to Jubilife Village and then returning to the location where you want to search. This will cause all of the items in the area to respawn, so you'll have a better chance of finding what you're looking for.

Once you have enough wood, you can use it to craft a variety of items, including Poké Dolls, Pokeshi Dolls, and furniture for your home. You'll also need it to complete a few of the game's requests, so it's a good idea to stock up on it whenever you can.
