How to Evolve Haunter in Pokemon Legends Arceus

If you're a long-time Pokemon fan like me, you probably remember the hassle of evolving Haunter into Gengar. For years, the only way to get this awesome Ghost-type Pokemon was by trading it with a friend. This was always a bit of a pain, especially if you didn't have anyone to trade with. But what if I told you there's a much easier way to evolve Haunter in Pokemon Legends: Arceus?
To evolve Haunter in Pokemon Legends: Arceus, you need to use a special item called a "Linking Cord." This item replaces the need for trading, so you can finally get your very own Gengar without having to rely on anyone else. This was a game-changer for me, as I've always wanted a Gengar on my team but never had the chance to evolve one myself.
Where to Find the Linking Cord
The Linking Cord can be obtained in a few different ways. The easiest way is to buy it from the Trading Post in Jubilife Village for 1,000 Merit Points. You can earn Merit Points by finding lost satchels out in the wild. I remember spending a whole afternoon just searching for satchels to get enough points, but it was totally worth it when I finally got my Linking Cord.
You can also get a Linking Cord by completing certain requests or by finding them in space-time distortions. These are a bit less reliable, but it's always a nice surprise when you stumble upon one.
Once you have a Linking Cord, all you need to do is use it on your Haunter, and it will evolve into Gengar instantly. It's that simple! No more begging your friends to trade with you. I was so excited when I finally evolved my Haunter; I named him Gengar the Great and he quickly became one of the strongest members of my team.
