• Your friends list.
• Any remaining CoD Points (CP) or Credits.

I had to weigh whether the hundreds of hours I put in were worth holding onto an account I no longer used. For me, the answer was no, but make sure you are 100% certain before you click that final confirmation button. It's a true clean slate.
